What it supports
Psyche 240.01169° minus Sun 197.65° (Libra 17°39′ with no seconds) prints 42°21′42″. Swiss Sun at the same UT, Libra 17°39′13″, prints 42°21′29″. The 42″ on the official figure is leftover from Psyche’s own seconds against a Sun rounded to the minute.
What it does not
Not a Ptolemaic aspect. Not Psyche → Scutum HI, which is another instrument (~42.276°). Not the 42″ lamp.
